SCRUBB Intensive Roof Cleaner powers away green growth, lichen, black spots, algae and atmospheric grime from roof tiles, deeply cleaning and rejuvenating to lift the appearance of any property. Acid-free and suitable for use on all tile types including slate and natural stone, clay and concrete.

Precautions:
Prevent run-off or overspray onto plants or into ponds, waterways etc. and take care to avoid contact with fabrics and clothing. SCRUBB Intensive Roof Cleaner contains active chlorine which will stain clothing and delicate surfaces. Take special care to avoid contact with coloured resin or printed concrete driveways. Avoid excessive contact with lead flashings. If this occurs, rinse the lead thoroughly with clean water as soon as possible. Do not apply in strong sunlight or hot weather.
Step 1. Remove loose debris, leaves etc. from the roof, then apply SCRUBB Intensive Roof Cleaner neat using a sprayer or watering can.
Step 2. Once the roof surface is saturated, leave for at least 1 hour, during which time the treated surfaces must not be allowed to dry out; if necessary, mist with additional Roof Cleaner or small amounts of clean water to prevent drying.
Step 3. After at least 1 hour, if desired a pressure washer may be used to remove the cleaner and heavy debris. For lighter soiling, pressure-washing is not necessary and Intensive Roof Cleaner may be left for up to 5 hours, then thoroughly rinsed.
Coverage:
Up to 50 square metres per 5L. Tip: Roofs that are heavily contaminated with very old or stubborn lichen (black, yellow or white spots & stains) may require additional contact time. In such cases, allow 5 hours contact time, prevent drying out, and re-apply Intensive Roof Cleaner at least once during this time, before pressure-washing off for best results.
Precautions:
Contains: sodium hypochlorite. May be corrosive to metals. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. Keep out of reach of children. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Do not breathe vapour/mist. Wear eye protection, protective gloves. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes.Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. Store
locked up. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulation.
