Best Practice:

Mould or black spot removal: While it kills mould, it won’t remove the dark stains left behind. For best results, use SCRUBB Black Spot Remover first, followed by S25 Algae Remover to prevent recurrence.
Delicate vegetation: Be cautious when using near plants or grass, as runoff may cause harm. Cover or pre-saturate vegetation with water before application and rinse thoroughly afterward.

Diluted the product and applied with bucket, after a day or so the green film on our shed/fence and patio is all gone. No need to rinse - just did it, itself. Been over 2 months now and it hasn't come back at all. Very good product, also got more left for next time I need it!

PRE-APPLICATION:
Brush off excess soiling or use a pressure washer for heavily soiled areas before applying the product. Apply when there’s no rain forecast. Mix 1 part Algae Remover with 4 parts clean water.

APPLICATION:
Use a bucket and brush, low-pressure sprayer, or watering can to apply the solution to the surface. Allow at least 36 hours for the product to penetrate and break down algae.

RINSE:
Remove debris with a pressure washer. Spot treatment: use undiluted and leave it on for longer before rinsing. Preventative care: Apply every 3 months on heavily affected areas.
