Test first: confirm surface compatibility before full application.
Contact time & cleaning: For heavy or old lichen, allow up to 12 hours contact time and reapply at least once during this period for best results. Use a pressure washer for heavy debris.

PRE-APPLICATION:
Prepare & apply: Remove loose debris from the roof, then apply neat using a sprayer or watering can. Do not apply in strong sunlight or if rain is expected within 12 hours.
APPLICATION:
Leave to work: Allow the surface to remain wet for at least 2 hours. Do not let it dry out—mist with more product or a little clean water if needed.
RINSE:
Rinse or wash off: After 2 hours, rinse thoroughly. For heavy soiling, use a pressure washer; for light soiling, rinsing alone is sufficient (can be left up to 12 hours before rinsing).
