SCRUBB Patio & Driveway Sealer creates a tough, invisible seal on all porous natural and artificial stone such as sandstone, marble, concrete, slate, terracotta and brick. Applied to new or thoroughly cleaned surfaces it will resist stains, make cleaning easier and keep paved areas looking new for longer. It will produce a mild colour-enhancing effect, the intensity of which will vary depending on the type of material it is applied to.

Do not apply if rain is forecast within 24 hours. Apply only to thoroughly clean surfaces. For best results on old or dirty surfaces, use SCRUBB Black Spot Remover to provide a deep clean prior to application of SCRUBB Patio & Driveway Sealer. After cleaning and rinsing, allow surfaces to dry then apply SCRUBB Patio & Driveway Sealer undiluted using a roller, brush or mop. A second and third coat may be necessary for highly absorbent substrates, or if desired to increase the colour-enhancing effect. In this case, allow 24 hours between coats. Treated area may be walked on after 24 hours. Coverage: will vary depending on the absorbency of the substrate and the number of coats applied. As a guide, 1 litre will provide one coat to approx 6 square metres.
