SCRUBB Tile & Stone Sealer is an easy-to-use protector for all unglazed tiles and natural stone, such as terracotta, travertine, marble, limestone, brickwork and slate. It penetrates the surface and forms a clear protective barrier against water and oil based contaminants, preventing stains, making cleaning easier and preserving the original appearance of the tiling. Suitable for both interior and exterior tiled areas, it also provides a mild colour-enhancing effect, bringing out the natural colours and patterns of the material.

Ensure the surface to be sealed is thoroughly clean and dry. For newly-installed tiling, use SCRUBB Grout & Cement Film Remover to perform a deep clean prior to sealing. Apply SCRUBB Tile & Stone Sealer evenly and generously using a roller, brush or mop. Depending on the absorbency of the substrate, one coat may be sufficient. For more absorbent tiles, 2 or 3 coats are recommended. Allow 24 hours between each coat. Floor tiles may be walked on after 24 hours. Coverage: will vary depending on the absorbency of the substrate and the number of coats applied. As a guide, 1 litre will provide one coat to approx 6 square metres.
