SCRUBB Calcium, Limescale & Rust Remover is a powerful multipurpose solution for the removal of limescale deposits, rust stains and other mineral-based contamination. Ideal for removing stains and deposits on concrete, porcelain, stainless steel, chrome and other surfaces. Suitable for descaling toilets, urinals and shower fittings. Contains specialist inhibitors to keep rust at bay.

IDEAL USE CASES:

Test first: Always start by testing the product on a small, inconspicuous area.
Heavy limescale on sanitary fittings: Works great on shower heads, taps, and tiles.
Rust removal on metal surfaces: Effectively removes rust from tools and metal parts.
Outdoor iron oxide stains: Removes iron oxide deposits from exterior stone surfaces, like granite, in as little as 20 minutes.
Rust marks on outdoor surfaces: Clears rust stains left by metal items on concrete or stone.

Best Practice:

Soft stone: Avoid using on limestone, travertine, or marble as it may degrade the stone.
Concrete & lime-containing surfaces: Concrete surfaces are sensitive to acid, and while this product can remove rust stains from concrete, it might also etch (leave a mark) on the concrete surface. Try in a small inconspicuous area first.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I was really happy with it, I’d had some limescale in my toilet for months and nothing would shift it. I put this in the toilet and went to work, I came back home after 8hours and all the limescale had completely gone. It was a decent price as well. I would definitely recommend it.

Emptied the WC bend refilled with 1 litre neat left it for a bit, scrubbed a bit, left it some more. 1 litre was enough to stop the foul air rising from the empty bend which is a bonus. Loosened the limescale effectively before a scrub with a toilet brush and abrasive sponge.

Worked a treat at removing stubborn buildup on toilet U bend. Barely any scrubbing required; after about 30 mins of soak it mostly melted away. I'd tried many other products before including bleach, non-bleach toilet cleaner, household detergent and even denture cleaning solution, and nothing worked. I wish I'd bought this stuff sooner.

Had a very stubborn rust mark on ceramic tile in bathroom where the towel radiator occasionally leaks. Tried all sorts of products to remove it with no success. bought this product in desperation and it worked like magic. admittedly i used neat instead of diluting, but the rust stain literally disappeared before my eyes.

Instructions

DESCALING:
Dilute 1 part cleaner with 1 part water. Apply to areas like shower heads, taps and tiles, letting the solution sit for up to 10 minutes. Rinse or wipe clean. For tougher stains, a second application may be needed.

RUST REMOVAL:
For rust marks, apply the product neat. Use a non-abrasive brush or scourer to work it into the stain. Let it sit for 10 minutes before wiping clean.

LIMESCALE:
For particularly stubborn deposits, apply the product neat and soak the item if possible.
