SCRUBB Tile & Stone Sealer is an easy-to-use protector for all unglazed tiles and natural stone, such as terracotta, travertine, marble, limestone, brickwork and slate. It penetrates the surface and forms a clear protective barrier against water and oil based contaminants, preventing stains, making cleaning easier and preserving the original appearance of the tiling. Suitable for both interior and exterior tiled areas, it also provides a mild colour-enhancing effect, bringing out the natural colours and patterns of the material.

PRE- APPLICATION:
Ensure the surface is clean and completely dry. For new tile installations: Use SCRUBB Grout & Cement Film Remover to remove any grout residue before sealing.
METHOD:
Use a roller, brush or mop to apply a generous, even coat. Allow absorption: Let the sealer soak in and dry naturally.
CLEAN OFF:
For highly absorbent materials, apply 2–3 coats, allowing 24 hours between each application. The surface is ready for foot traffic after 24 hours.
