Diluted the product and applied with bucket, after a day or so the green film on our shed/fence and patio is all gone. No need to rinse - just did it, itself. Been over 2 months now and it hasn't come back at all. Very good product, also got more left for next time I need it!

For best results remove any excess soiling with a brush or pressure washer before applying S25 Algae Remover.

Dilute 1:10 with clean water and apply with bucket and brush, low pressure sprayer or watering can. Leave for at least 36 hours before removing debris with a pressure washer. Keep pets off treated surface until dry.
